All pressplayid products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects. Please keep your invoice and original packaging to facilitate any warranty claims.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For electronics, the item must be in its original condition. If the box has been opened, a 15% restocking fee may apply unless the product is found to be defective.
